Shipping Policy

UPS delivery

Group Office Buys customers get free shipping on orders of $75 or more, except orders that include furniture and other items that can't be shipped by standard UPS. If you see the truck icon on the product description page, that item is UPS-able. Simply place your order by 4 PM local time and we will make every effort to ship that day for delivery on the next business day.

Freight delivery

Large items such as furniture are not UPS-able and are delivered within 5-7 days by a private freight carrier. Delivery charges depend on the type of delivery.

"Dock to dock delivery" means that the driver will bring an item to the rear of the truck but does not assist in bringing the item inside. "Inside delivery" means that the driver will deliver your order inside your building.

Damages to Freight Deliveries:

• Before signing for a freight shipment always note any visible damage on the bill of lading or delivery ticket. You may also refuse a delivery if there is damage. If you note damage or refuse delivery please contact us immediately. This is important as the freight company will not notify us of refusals and no replacement will be sent.
• If you notice damage after you have unpacked your item, please notify us within 5 days so that we can make arrangements to replace the item.
• Do not discard packaging or shipping materials until you are completely satisfied with your purchase. All items must be in their original packaging or they're not returnable for replacement or credit.
